Full Detail. Interior + Exterior.
The complete reset detail. Interior and exterior, every surface, every step. Drainage-free wash at your driveway or office, deep interior steam, leather and trim restoration, sealant protection on the way out.
This is the package most clients book. It's the highest-value service we offer and the one designed to bring a daily-driven car back to a properly maintained baseline — not a quick wash, not a top-up, the full reset.
- Full vacuum throughout — front and rear seats, floor mats, under seats, seat tracks, console, glove box, cup holders, door pockets, boot, parcel shelf — every surface a vacuum can reach.
- Compressed-air detailing — air-blown into every cavity, vent, seam, and crevice that a vacuum alone can't reach. Dust pulled out of seat seams, button gaps, screen surrounds.
- Steam-clean and extract — fabric seats and carpets steam-treated to dissolve embedded contamination, then mechanically extracted. Restores fibres rather than disguising the surface.
- Leather clean and condition — every leather surface (seats, dash trim, door cards, steering wheel) cleaned with dedicated chemistry, then conditioned with premium leather product.
- Plastic, vinyl and trim restoration — dashboards, door cards, console, lower trim panels — cleaned, deep-conditioned, finished with UV protectant.
- Headliner and pillar clean — fabric headlining and A/B/C-pillars cleaned to remove smudges, dust, and oil contamination from hands and hair.
- Air vents and HVAC system — every vent louvre detailed, dust cleared from behind the slats, optional HVAC odour treatment.
- Steering wheel, gear shift, switches deep-clean — every high-touch point sanitised and conditioned. The points your hands actually contact get the most attention.
- Seat tracks, seatbelts, buckle areas — typically missed; often filthy. Cleaned and decontaminated so the seats slide and the belts retract properly.
- Door jambs and rubber seals (interior side) — cleaned and conditioned to prevent rubber dry-out and cracking.
- Boot/trunk full detail — vacuumed, panels wiped, parcel shelf cleaned, spare wheel area inspected.
- Interior glass, every window, streak-free — including rear-view mirror, screens, sunroof glass — cleaned with proper technique.
- Stain treatment — coffee, food, makeup, ink, dye-transfer — dedicated stain chemistry where needed.
- Pet hair removal — embedded pet hair extracted from carpets and seats with specialist tools.
- Odour neutralisation — enzyme-based treatment for organic odours. Ozone treatment available on request.
- Final inspection under proper lighting — every surface checked again before handover.
- Pre-rinse and decontamination — non-contact wash with concentrated pre-treatment to lift the heaviest contamination off the paint before any contact is made.
- Iron fallout removal — chemical treatment that dissolves embedded brake dust and rail dust from the paint, wheels, and lower panels.
- Tar and bug removal — dedicated solvents for road tar, tree sap, and bug residue.
- Contact wash with grit guards and microfibre wash mitts — premium mitts, two-bucket method or rinseless equivalent, no scratch-inducing shortcuts.
- Light clay treatment — surface decontamination with a clay mitt to lift bonded contaminants the wash alone can't shift.
- Wheel detail — faces, spokes, barrels, inner rims — all four wheels, top to bottom, deep-cleaned with dedicated wheel chemistry. Most mobile washes only do the face. We don't.
- Tyre clean and dress — old dressing fully stripped, fresh long-life dressing applied.
- Wheel arches/wells cleaned and dressed — interior arches degreased and treated with a non-fling dressing.
- Glass clean and polish — exterior windows, mirrors, and headlights — water spots and contamination removed.
- Trim restoration — black plastic trim, bumpers, door surrounds — cleaned and treated with a restorative dressing.
- Door jambs and shut lines (exterior) — exterior side cleaned and dressed. The detail others skip because nobody sees it.
- Fuel cap area and surrounds detailed — small zone, frequently filthy, almost universally missed. Done as standard.
- Spray-on sealant or wax protection layer — final layer of premium protection — hydrophobic effect, gloss enhancement.
- Final hand-dry with premium drying towels — no water marks, no contact damage.
- Final exterior inspection under proper lighting — every panel checked again before handover.
Ceramic Coating. Multi-Year Protection.
Long-term paint protection done at the studio level. Ceramic coating bonds to the clear coat and adds a sacrificial layer of protection — gloss enhancement, UV resistance, hydrophobic effect, and easier maintenance for years.
Ceramic coating is performed at the Mt Roskill studio under controlled lighting and conditions. Paint correction is almost always required first — defects under a coating are defects locked in for the life of the product, so we do the prep properly.

Paint Correction. Cut & Polish.
Multi-stage paint correction to reverse swirls, holograms, oxidation, and buffer trails. The defects most modern cars accumulate from automated washes, dry rubbing, and improper drying — gone, not hidden.
Paint correction is quoted on the actual condition of the paint, inspected under proper lighting. Some cars need a single-stage cut and polish; others need a full multi-stage correction. We don't quote until we've seen the paint.
