Titan started with a frustration — every mobile detailer in Auckland was technically operating in a grey area. NZ council rules ban water runoff from driveways. Most operators look the other way.
Ab took a different route: import the technology that lets a full mobile detail happen with zero water runoff, get the system properly compliant, and run it as the foundation of the business. Five hundred-plus vehicles later, that decision is the difference between a hobby business and a real one.
Today Titan is three trained detailers operating across Auckland, with a controlled-conditions studio in Mt Roskill for higher-end work. Same chemistry, same sequence, same checklist — every job, regardless of who's holding the mitt.
How Drainage-Free Actually Works.
A closed-loop system — water in, water captured, water processed, no runoff onto the driveway or down the storm drain.
Zero Runoff. Full NZ Compliance.
Most mobile washes use 100–150 litres of water per car, and most of that ends up flowing across the driveway and into the storm drain — carrying soap, dirt, oil residue, and road contaminants with it. NZ councils have tightened rules around this for good reason.
Titan's system captures every drop on-site through a sealed mat-and-vacuum system, processes the wastewater through a filtration unit, and removes everything off-site for proper disposal. Nothing leaves the property. Nothing reaches the drain.
